The Hop Shed brew on a Hop Farm in the rolling Worcestershire countryside next door to the hop processing building, using only 100% locally grown hops. The Hop Shed was founded in 2016 by Sarah & Hani Saleh when they relocated from London to rural Worcestershire to follow their dream of brewing beer where the hops are grown. Being located on a hop farm is the best location for a brewery, as the whole journey from field to glass takes place in the same space! They create the perfect blend of tradition and innovation as they infuse new British hop varieties into award-winning classic beer styles, creating a tantalisingly modern flavour palette. The taproom is within the brewery itself, so you can drink amongst the vessels where the beer is brewed. As well as Hop Shed's own beer, locally sourced wine, cider, spirits and soft drinks are available. Children welcome. Pop-up street food vans provide changing food offerings - see their website for a schedule.
